Many National Student Clearinghouse services may experience intermittent interruptions from 10:00 PM EDT on Sunday, September 20, through 12:00 AM EDT on Monday, September 21, while we perform routine system maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Services That May Experience Intermittent Interruptions During the Maintenance Window::
• File processing (incoming files and ad hoc) of enrollment, degree and diploma records;
membership details; SSCR submissions; TERP data; and outreach files. Although you can
still submit files during this time, processing will be temporarily unavailable but will
resume as soon as the system is back online.
• FAS Student Reporting Dashboard and Student Look-up
• Financial Value Transparency & Gainful Employment (FVT/GE)
• Myhub enrollment certificate download functionality
• Secure Site: New user creation
• Student Self-Service (including password reset functionality)
• Transcript Services:
