Identified - There is a known issue impacting a small subset of Users upon expiration of their Clearinghouse secure site password which can result in their account being locked. Please contact your organization's Clearinghouse User Administrator to unlock the account and/or reset your password. If further assistance is needed, please email Service@studentclearinghouse.org.
