Verification Services (VS) Transaction & Order ID Update – Effective November 15, 2026

The National Student Clearinghouse will perform scheduled maintenance beginning Sunday, November 15, at 10:00 PM ET through Monday, November 16, at 2:00 AM ET to implement an update to transaction and order IDs.

During this maintenance window, Verification Services, including associated APIs and web applications, will experience intermittent disruptions.

Following the update, new transaction and order IDs will increase from 9 to 10 digits.
