Many National Student Clearinghouse services will be unavailable from 10:00PM on Sunday, February 22, to 12:00AM, ET, on Monday, February 23, as we update our technology to improve performance and enhance security. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Services that Will Be Unavailable During the Maintenance:

• Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX)
• File processing (incoming files and ad hoc) of enrollment, degree and diploma records; membership details; SSCR submissions; TERP data; and outreach files. Although you can still submit files during this time, processing will be temporarily unavailable but will resume as soon as the system is back online.
• FAS Student Reporting Dashboard and Student Look-up
• Financial Value Transparency & Gainful Employment (FVT/GE)
• Myhub enrollment certificate download functionality
• Secure Site: New user creation
• Student Self-Service: Password reset features
• Transcript Services:
o Public ordering website
o Download Center
o Secure site for schools and all Transcript Ordering management tools
• Verification Services: Public ordering website
