Scheduled Maintenance: Many National Student Clearinghouse services will be unavailable from 7:00AM to 11:00AM, ET, on Saturday, March 29, and Saturday, April 5, as we update our technology to improve performance and enhance security. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Services that Will Be Unavailable During the March 29 & April 5 Maintenance • Electronic Transcript Exchange (ETX) • File processing (incoming files and ad hoc) of enrollment, degree and diploma records; membership details; SSCR submissions; TERP data; and outreach files. Although you can still submit files during this time, processing will be temporarily unavailable but will resume as soon as the system is back online. • Financial Value Transparency & Gainful Employment (FVT/GE) • Secure Site: New user creation • Student Self-Service: Password reset features • Transcript Services: o Public ordering website o Download Center o Secure site for schools and all Transcript Ordering management tools • Verification Services: Public ordering website
